Returns Policy for Photography Prints

At Joel Spencer Photography, we take pride in the quality of our prints and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    Customers may return photography prints within 14 days of receiving their order. The print must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  2. Instructions for Returns
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email at info@joelspencerphotography.com. Include your order number and a brief description of the reason for your return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Return Shipping
    Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the print was received damaged or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fees.

  4. Refund Process
    Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

  5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

  6. Exclusions
    Custom orders or prints that have been personalised are not eligible for return.
